Information about Ph D Sophia Lövgren

 

Sophia has a broad experience of personal development of different kind, and is not afraid of difficult experiences, which she has come to integrate with her perspective of lice and spiritual faith. She has worked a lot with adults and children, with different kinds of challenges in their lives, which now has been combined in her role as individual coach. She has also worked a lot with groups and group development, which she considers to be a valuable experience for the courses and study groups she now conducts.    

Sophia has a Ph D in Sociology, and work now as a "free" researcher, author and lecturer. She calls herself a Societal Doctor, because she sees herself in a role as a "Genuine and Serious Visionary" in her goal to improve society. She wants to be true and holistic, with a unanimous in what she thinks, feels, says and do. She discovers though how difficult it is to be true and holistic, in an untrue and divided world, so her passion in life is to (through communication) do her part in order to change our society. Her dream is an ongoing development in us all and in our society!

Sophia's scientific ground has given her great insight into the theosophical world, which together with her life experience and lifelong spiritual search has contributed to both a historical understanding about beliefs and a holistic perspective about the spiritual context in our modern society. This she is trying to mediate in her lectures and coaching. She wants with her services offer a perspective on how it has been and how it is now, and a vision how it can be (from a spiritualistic feministic and mystic way of empowering). As a coach she if offering individual coaching to individuals and communicative coaching to groups, mainly towards companies and organisations. 

Sophia is from the beginning treatment assistant (social pedagogic), which means that she has worked with families with severe social problems and children that has been physically, emotionally and sexually abused. All these children she is still carrying within, and she wants to protect all our wonderful kids who gives us "limited" adults so much! In these situations she has many times used a system theoretical perspective, where it is important to see the individual in her context and not as an isolated creature. We human beings are really "only" a lot of relations and roles! These knowledge's she is now using in her role as a healer (pdf). Sophia loves to write, hence her Publisher Company Visionary Life, where she as a publisher and author mainly translates English books within personal development and spirituality. She has, besides her scientific books, written a fiction book; Ljusbärarens hemlighet (The Secret of the LightCarrier), and a book about personal development and feminine and masculine energies; Gudinnan och Holismen (The Goddess and Modern Holism). She has been an editor and publisher for a alternative magazine, which you can read example of here innr 1 and nr 2 (Swedish only). When Sophia is in her writing process, she is in a fantastic flow, a feeling she is deeply thankful for and which she wants to support and encourage everybody else to seek (within any area).
